As near as I can figure this out, the first five tracks are modern recordings of the band; whatever they are, they`re really, really good, the sort of rickety modern music that older bands in Cuba specialize in. The rest of the tracks feature the band over some of its history, including the band when it had Juan Formell on bass (there`s a picture of him as a young man). The band, a sort of roots charanga group, has a ton of history. The modern stuff sounds like Pupy and Van Van a bit; Pupy graduated from the group, too.
