Live - Haila
CD Haila - Live, 2003 release: Drawing from her body of dynamic work with Bamboleo, Azucar Negra and her recent, very successful, solo CD tribute to Celia Cruz, Ms. Mompie demonstrates that she can easily handle the title of solo artist in a live arena. On this recording, recorded en vivo at the Teatro Nacional de Cuba in May of 2002, she grabs each arrangement by the collar and makes it swing.
Special guests Issac Delgado, Mayito Rivera, Chucho Valdés, and David Calzado y La Charanga Habanera make this one a very special concert.
