Highlights include a high octane salsafied version of Screaming Jay Hawkins`s `I Put a Spell on You` and a renewal of Fred Hammond`s gospel classic `We`re Blessed`. Percussionist (conga, timbal, bongo, drums, cajon, djembe) Edwin Sanz was born in Caracas, Venezuela and since 2004 he is living in Geneva, Switzerland. He often performs with Mercadonegro, and some bandmembers (Rodry-Go) play on his albums as well. His musical director Alex Wilson also resides in Swiss as well.
